Carers' Resource

About

We support unpaid carers - someone who looks after a family member, friend or neighbour who, due to disability, physical or mental health condition, illness, frailty, or addiction, cannot cope without support. We provide information, advice and support to the unpaid carer, the people they care for and to professionals who work with them. We also help people after they return home from hospital, and provide assistance in people's own homes through our Care@ service.

We urge unpaid carers to get in touch as normal for advice and support during the coronavirus crisis. Our staff are working from home giving carers information, advice and a listening ear. Our offices are closed to the public but staff are working from home to deal with phone calls and electronic queries.
