About

Although our face-to-face services are unable to take place at the moment our helpline is still open and our team are taking calls every weekday Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. You can call our helpline on 03300 578592. Our staff are able to offer support and advice and to signpost to local services. We are also taking new referrals, so if you haven't contacted us before, have recently received a diagnosis or are concerned about memory problems, please call us and our team including Dementia Support Advisors and Dementia Specialist Nurse will be able to support you.

    We have a helpline for anyone in North Yorkshire affected by dementia. Please call us if you need any advice or support on anything dementia related. Our team are working from their homes in North Yorkshire so are also able to signpost to local services if needed. The helpline number is 03300 578592 and is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
