Hambleton and Richmondshire Carers Centre

Hambleton and Richmondshire Carers Centre, Northallerton

About

We support unpaid carers of all ages, their families and friends. Our professional and skilled team can provide advice, guidance and signposting to support carers to make informed choices and decisions within their caring role.  Alongside carers and our partners, we work within communities to raise public awareness of the impact of caring on people's lives. We take referrals directly from carers or from professionals on carers behalf, by telephone or via our website.

Hambleton and Richmondshire Carers Centre continues to take referrals throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. Staff are working from home and are keeping in touch with carers over the phone or by using online platforms. We understand that they are many additional challenges for carers during this pandemic and we are available to provide emotional as well as practical advice and support. Unfortunately though, in order to keep carers and our staff safe, we are not providing physical face to face meetings, groups or activities at present. We regularly put updates on our Facebook page and more information about our services can be found on our website.
