Are you worried about high Fuel Bills or Heating your home?

Are you concerned about your energy bill or in fuel debt? Is there damp or mould in your home? Are you anxious about falling ill from being cold? 

Warm & Well in North Yorkshire can help with these issues and more. 

Warm & Well in North Yorkshire offers a range of Wellbeing support aimed at tackling cold homes and improving overall health. 

The project is funded by North Yorkshire County Council, and is managed by Mid -North Yorks. Citizens Advice. The project is delivered by working together with a number organisations across North Yorkshire.

The project aims to support:

  • Anyone who is worried or can't afford their heating bills.
  • People on low incomes or benefits
  • Families with young children
  • Anyone with physical or mental health issues

Support available:

Warm & Well in North Yorkshire offers a wide range of advice, guidance and hands-on support to residents across the county.

  • Advice on how to save money on energy costs, switching suppliers, grants including applying for Warm Home Discount and  register on the Energy suppliers  priority service register.
  • One-to one Debt advice
  •  Advise on how to make your home warmer and more energy efficient, or for help with minor repairs.

    Warm and Well can  support anyone who is worried about high energy bills especially with more people staying and working from home. The Warm and Well helpline is a manned telephone service, Monday - Friday 9.00 - 16.00. We will give advice on reducing energy bills, energy supplier comparisons and switching. We offer 1:1 debt advice for anyone in fuel debt. Through our partnership we can offer energy efficiency advice, looking for grants to replace broken/ old boilers and first time central heating.
