Our helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, on 03300 578592. Our staff are able to offer support and advice and to signpost to local services across North Yorkshire and York.

If you haven't contacted us before and have recently received a diagnosis or are concerned about memory problems, please rest assured that we will provide free, confidential advice and that you will be put in touch with a Dementia Support Advisor so that you feel informed and supported, both now and in the future.
