Hear to Help Community Support Line
About
Hear to Help is a community support line that provides support and advice to those who may be feeling anxious, or struggling with their emotional wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The support line is available to children, young people and adults across Harrogate District, Hambleton and Richmondshire, between 8am-8pm, seven days a week and is staffed by specialist support workers. Even just five or ten minutes can make a real difference.
