About

Is the Stop Smoking Service ran by North Yorkshire Council.  A 6-12 week programme for anyone who lives or works in North Yorkshire and is registered with a North Yorkshire GP.

Using Stop smoking medication with behavioural Support and motivational interviewing techniques you are 3-4 times more likely to quit.

All medication is charged at prescription rate (or free if you do not pay for your prescriptions) and collected from a local pharmacy.

Advisors are on hand from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday for up to 12 weeks hoping to get you quit at 4 weeks and stay quit.

We are able to use E-Cigarettes as a stop smoking tool and are free of charge.
