Mustard Seed

Ebenezer Baptist Church Hall. Columbus Ravine. Scarborough,


Mustard Seed is a group of people with special needs who, on the third Saturday of each month with the exceptions of July and August, meet for lunch consisting of sandwiches, hot savouries, cakes, fruit, tea and coffee.

After lunch we move into the adjacent church for a Christian meeting tailored for our members.  A typical service would include music ,jokes, drama, quizzes, craft a story and lots of laughter..

About 30% of our members are accompanied by their carers and there is no age limit although the majority are adults..  attendance before Covid19 was around forty people including carers and the team. all workers Level 2 Safeguarding certification and the leaders have Level 3. All helpers have up to date DBS certificates..

Admission is just £! and includes lunch and drinks. At present we are unable to meet due to the coronavirus pandemic.
