About

We are a mental health and wellbeing hub serving the Borough of Scarborough. 

Our drop-in services are open 7 days a week, 11.30am - 4.30pm as a Mental Health Resource Centre and 7 nights a week as a Crisis Cafe, 7.30pm - 1am (8pm - 1am on a Sunday).

We offer a range of services and support to help adults aged 16 and over maintain better mental wellbeing including:

- regular social activities

- listening ear service

- coffee bar

- Whitby All Sorts social group

- volunteer opportunities

- talks/presentations

 

Other services to be launched in the months ahead:

- CHIME workshops

- counselling services

- dedicated youth space

- mental health first aid training

 

We also manage the Time to Change North Yorkshire anti-stigma project.
