Speak Out Community Support Group

About

The Group is a free to Join FB Group open to everyone over the age of 18. The group supports people with mental health, disabilities and much more. We offer a platform for people to speak out about anything that affects individuals in there everyday day life whether it’s something from past or present. Some of the subjects can be diverse and complex we offer a non judgemental space for people to open up and receive peer to peer support.
