About

The Globe is a community-run library (in partnership with North Yorkshire County Council) and community hub providing a lending and reference library for books, audio books, e-books, children's books, regular book clubs, children's events, free wi-fi, internet and computer access, local studies, newspapers, photocopier/printer/laminator, study area, office & room space particularly for voluntary agencies and community-led projects. We are a registered charity, volunteer-run and took over the management and day-to-day operation of Stokesley Library on 11 April 2017.
